A reliable partner of the nuclear industry

ATOMTECHMONTAZH LLC is a Voronezh-based company founded in 2013, specializing in the development, design and manufacturing of equipment for ventilation, air conditioning, filtration and fire protection systems of nuclear power plants.

Over more than a decade, the company has built its own production facility equipped with a modern machine fleet. Welding is performed by certified welders in accordance with nuclear industry requirements.

An in-house design bureau covering twenty chief-engineer specializations enables full turnkey project delivery.

Work stages

01
Technical specification
Joint development of the technical specification with the customer at the draft design stage. Analysis of operating conditions, IAEA regulations, NP-001 and Rostechnadzor requirements.

Design documentation
Complete set of design documentation, detailed drawings, technical conditions and specifications. Hydraulic, strength and seismic calculations. Expert review and approval with designer supervision.

Manufacturing
In-house production areas. Metalworking, welding (certified welders), painting. Annual modernization of the machine fleet.

Quality control
In-house QCD at all stages. Test programs and procedures, quality control tables. Verification and validation according to the quality plan.

Testing and acceptance
Pressure and leak-tightness tests, electrical tests. Acceptance inspection. Issuance of passports, declarations and quality certificates.

Delivery and support
Packing, marking and transportation. Supervised installation and commissioning. Operation manuals, repair documentation, support throughout the service life.
